Northern Reflections Vintage Women’s Embroidered Knit Sweater Vest Size Large

This sleeveless vest in AMAZING! Dark navy blue in color, with a knit type texture. Covered in embroidered florals, what appears to be a picnic with a hat and basket, and on the left side, a CAT! Couple loose strings on the embroidery parts, small hole on the back of the neck, picture included shows size of hole. Faded overall from being vintage, buttons feel a bit loose as well.
