Halston Heritage Halter V-Neck Fit & Flare Cocktail Mini Dress  This is a Rent the Runway dress and there is some damage to note. There are some stains on the left side of the skirt as seen in photos. Also, there are areas where the material is bubbled as if it got wet or was washed? These areas are not super noticeable when worn, but are there upon close inspection, between the pleats of the skirt. The material is super heavy duty and soft and in the right hands, I think someone may be able to salvage this dress or use it to make something new.  Pretty Teal Green color Size 6, approximate flat lay measurements below.
