Forever 21 black strapless dress with Sweetheart Neckline and bubble bottom hem. size small. fitted at the top, loose fit at the bottom. lined on the inside. lightly padded- I cut a hole on the inside to adjust padding- does not affect integrity of the dress, but allows for padding to be removed/added. other than that, excellent like new condition. although busy measurements are provided, please note the dress does have elastic stretch.
