Vintage sterling silver carved bird brooch. Setting is sterling and is marked 925 and has a hallmark that looks like a castle. Possibly Dutch maker based on my hallmark research. The carving is a plastic, but didn’t test positive for Bakelite, which was my first guess. So lucite or celluloid most likely. Only flaw is that the c clasp is missing the spinner to lock it in place. | MEASUREMENTS | Width: 2" Length: 2 1/4" | DETAILS | Era: 1960s Style: Nature Material: Sterling Silver and Plastic Colors: Silver and teal green Condition: Very good, note the c clasp issue in photos and description.
